Lonar Crater is located in Buldhana district of Maharashtra, it also calls lonar saline soda lake or lonar lake, its 135 Km from Aurangabad and journey takes 3 hours to reach there, its only one 50000-year-old crater which still exists, circle of 8Km to take full round of crater surrounded by temples and jungle trees.
What You Expect!
Our driver will come to pick you up on 7:00 am, after having breakfast leave for the Lonar lake tour, usually journey takes 3 hours in rush traffic time, but takes less time in morning, after living Aurangabad next city is Jalna which is also district of Maharashtra,  then next destination is lonar.
After reaching lonar have refreshment in MTDC restaurant which is very close by lonar crater. Buy water bottles and walk towards lonar crater. you will see a path which goes down to the lake, take that path and walk for 20-30 minutes by seeing best Hindu temples. then you will reach to the lake.
Spend few hours there then come back to MTDC Restaurant for lunch, after having lunch start journey for Aurangabad.

you must be physically fit to walk for 1 km and able climb while coming back.
